World of Kiehl's

For many years, we’ve partnered with global skincare brand Kiehl’s to produce their multi-day experiential summit, World of Kiehl’s, in which media and influencers from each of the Kiehl’s major international markets are invited to NYC, the brand’s birthplace, for a complete brand immersion featuring skincare seminars, giveaways, and exclusive new product sneak peeks.

In this recent iteration, we crafted three days’ worth of programming to highlight several different signature elements of the brand in a series of interactive and highly Instagrammable experiences.   For the first day, we transformed a raw studio space into an immersive, theatrically driven exploration of the brand’s heritage and history.

On day two, we brought our 120 international attendees to New York City’s elegant Academy Mansion for another multi-room exploratory experience, this time focusing on the Kiehl’s brand platforms of Nature, Science, and Service. 

Upon entry, guests enjoyed light refreshments inspired by Kiehl’s botanicals before splitting into their ingredient groups and rotating through the mansion’s many rooms that included panel discussions on Kiehl’s products and scientific process, a shoppable Service room where guests could fill their bags with unlimited Kiehl’s products, a wildly instagrammable Nature room, and a hands on Science room.

Rounding out the World of Kiehl’s journey, we then invited guests to Williamsburg’s trendy Wythe Hotel to celebrate the brand’s focus on ethical responsibility and sustainability.

Décor featuring recycled materials and centerpieces of recycled Kiehl’s product bottles mixed with delicate live floral enveloped guests in the Kiehl’s Made Better campaign as they enjoyed delicious food and drink and stunning New York City views from the Wythe rooftop while serenaded by surprise guest, new Kiehl’s celebrity ambassador, John Legend!
